Free Puppy/Reimbursement

This is not a guardian program either with all these strings attached, and horror stories.

You will purchase your dog for the full price and will be 100% your dog. When your dog is old enough, you will contact us, letting us know that you want to participate in our special breeding program. By their 2nd heat we will use your puppy to breed with 1x, and will send you a new contract before any pregnancy takes place of the special breeding program. Your dog will stay with us for 2 months while the puppies are being raised and cared for while the pups need to be with their mom. We take on all the hard dirty work, so you don’t have too.
When the pups sell, you would be given the price you paid for your puppy, or you can decide to get a future puppy for free from us or offered breeding rights. *Must spay/neuter your dog afterwards to be reimbursed or I can use a portion of the funds to cover the cost of the spay and neuter.

Questions/Answers:

Can I raise the puppies? No, there is a lot of responsiblity, when it comes to raising puppies, and a lot that can go wrong. We want to ensure our puppies are well cared for to our high standards of care.
What if my dog only has 1 puppy? it’s unlikely, but you have fulfilled your requirements, we would offer you half the price of what you paid for, or consider breeding her again, and come to terms on more favorable out comes for both parties. There is still a lot of effort and money spent on a single litter puppy. We need to have at least 2 puppies in the litter to complete the contract.

What if there a no puppies?
Then we would try again in the future.

Do I have to cover my dogs expenses while at my house? No, we will cover her food, and supplements that we give our moms while pregnant and nursing.
